Wesley W. Carpenter

Wes is a co-founder and Partner of Stormfield Capital, LLC. Throughout his career, Wes has invested across the real estate capital stack and has overseen the origination, acquisition, and asset management of over $750 million of commercial and residential bridge loans.  Prior to founding Stormfield Capital, Wes was a Vice President with Greenwich Associates, a boutique management consultancy focused exclusively on the financial services industry. With Greenwich Associates, he advised senior leadership at leading commercial and investment banks on subjects ranging from rebalancing CRE loan portfolios to emerging structured credit products. Wes began his career as a Corporate Development Analyst with global diversified manufacturer Illinois Tool Works (NYSE-ITW), where he advised operating business units on strategic partnership and M&A growth opportunities. Wes received a B.S. from Fairfield University and an M.B.A from Binghamton University

Timothy S.F. Jackson, CFA

Tim is a co-founder and Partner of Stormfield Capital, LLC. Prior to founding Stormfield Capital, Tim was a Senior Investment Strategist with Gapstow Capital Partners, a $1 billion hedge fund-of-funds. With Gapstow Tim was co-portfolio manager to Gapstow’s multi-strategy credit portfolios. Prior to joining Gapstow, Tim was a Principal at Barclays Global Investors, where he was responsible for the management of a $400 million hedge fund-of-funds portfolio. Previously, he had been a Partner at Rocaton Investment Advisors, where he co-led the firm’s alternative research department, which designed and advised on over $15 billion of institutional alternative asset portfolios. He began his finance career at the Northern Trust Company after serving as a Merchant Marine Officer and Lieutenant in the United States Navy, Reserve. Tim holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, a B.S. in Nautical Science from Maine Maritime Academy, and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.

Kyle T. Shea

Kyle T. Shea

Kyle is a Vice President with Stormfield Capital, LLC. Kyle is responsible for the origination and underwriting of bridge and investment property loans, as well as supporting portfolio management and analysis. Kyle has over 5 years’ experience in loan originations, underwriting and asset management. Kyle earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.

Daniel J. Heetmann

Daniel J. Heetmann

Dan is an Associate with Stormfield Capital, LLC. Dan is responsible for the origination, acquisition and underwriting of bridge and investment property loans. Prior to joining Stormfield, Dan participated in a rotational program with Newtown Savings Bank which focused on commercial lending, loan servicing and marketing. Dan earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Western Connecticut State University.

James R. Weissenborn

James R. Weissenborn

James is an Associate with Stormfield Capital, LLC. James is responsible for the origination and underwriting of bridge and investment property loans, as well as supporting asset management. Prior to joining Stormfield, James was a Corporate Finance Associate at SEI Investments where he was responsible for the automation of financial statements and analysis of billable assets for the company’s sub-advisors. James earned a B.S. in Economics from Bucknell University and is currently pursuing a M.S. in Finance at Saint Joseph’s University.

Adam G. Czarnecki

Adam G. Czarnecki

Adam is an Associate with Stormfield Capital, LLC. Adam is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring the origination of bridge and investment property loans. Prior to joining Stormfield, Adam was a Business Development Analyst at Renewable Finance Company where he researched, analyzed, and acquired land for renewable energy developments across the US. Adam earned a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University where he is also pursuing his M.B.A.

Kelly Wallace

Kelly Kennedy

Kelly is the Director of Accounting and Operations for Stormfield Capital, LLC. Prior to joining Stormfield Capital, Kelly was a Director of Client Service at Gen II Fund Services, LLC, a provider of fund administration services to private fund sponsors and investors worldwide. At Gen II, Kelly was responsible for the oversight of financial statement reporting and day to day operations of the U.S.-based Private Equity investments for a large global asset manager. Prior to Gen II, Kelly spent 14 years as a Senior Fund Operations Manager on the Alternatives Private Equity team at Aberdeen Standard Investments and FLAG Capital Management, LLC, prior to its acquisition by Aberdeen Standard Investments. During her time with Aberdeen and FLAG, Kelly provided accounting, reporting and operational support to over $8 billion of private equity, venture capital and real assets fund-of-funds. Kelly began her career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen where she obtained her CPA license. Kelly holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Bucknell University.

Gregory H. Busch

Gregory H. Busch

Greg is a Senior Asset Manager with Stormfield Capital, LLC. Prior to joining Stormfield Capital, Greg was a supervisor in the Loan Servicing Department of Newtown Savings Bank. At Newtown, Greg oversaw the escrow activities of the department including residential and commercial insurance, taxes, private mortgage insurance and special servicing. Prior to joining Newtown, Greg worked as a bankruptcy paralegal directly involved in numerous Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 filings working with creditors, businesses, and individuals to navigate the process. Early in his career Greg worked for a national 1031 exchange company (qualified intermediary), helping individual’s complete tax-qualified 1031 real estate exchanges. Greg’s responsibilities include supporting the administration of Stormfield’s private investment funds and the servicing of loans held in the firm’s funds. Greg received a B.S. from the University of Connecticut and is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance of Management.

Alexander C. DaPra, CPA

AlexDaPra

Alex is a Fund Accountant for Stormfield Capital, LLC. Prior to joining Stormfield Capital, Alex was an Experienced Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. During his time at PwC, Alex planned and conducted quarterly reviews and year-end audits of large SEC registrants as well as alternative investment firms. Alex holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University and an M.S.A. from Fairfield University.

Carolyn Minicucci

Carolyn Minicucci

Carolyn is a Senior Loan Servicing Specialist for Stormfield Capital, LLC. Prior to joining Stormfield Capital, Carolyn was a loan servicing specialist for Connex Credit Union. At Connex Carolyn was responsible for servicing auto, personal and mortgage loans. Prior to Connex, Carolyn was a Licensed Banker at Citizens Bank ensuring clients financial needs were met in a timely manner. Carolyn is currently pursuing her B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
